Built for Arctic Logistics.
Built for Precision.

Kruzenst emerged from a simple observation: remote maritime shipping in Canada had operators but not specialists. Nine years later, we're the reference point for arctic route compliance and execution.

The Kruzenst Story

Founded in 2017, Kruzenst Logistics Corp. was created to solve a specific problem: Canadian companies shipping to remote Arctic and sub-Arctic ports had no reliable source of operational expertise. They relied on generalist brokers unfamiliar with seasonal windows, ice conditions, regulatory approval processes, and the realities of remote terminal infrastructure. The cost—in delays, penalties, and wasted resources—was substantial.

Our founders came from Transport Canada compliance, icebreaker operations, and remote port management. They built Kruzenst to combine that expertise into a service: route auditing that accounts for ice, weather, and regulation; icebreaker coordination that works within operational realities; and port logistics that function in isolated communities.

Today, Kruzenst is the operational backbone for 180+ Arctic expeditions annually across British Columbia, the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and beyond. We don't promise impossible timelines or cost reductions. We promise precision, transparency, and the regulatory and operational competence to deliver cargo north when it matters.

Regulatory Compliance First

Every route, every operation passes Transport Canada and CCGA review before execution. We build compliance into planning, not around it.

📊

Transparent Operations

You see real cost forecasts, realistic timelines, and honest assessments of risk. No margin-driven estimates that fail under scrutiny.

🎯

Arctic Expertise

Our team works in—and understands—remote operations. We speak the language of seasonal windows, ice charts, and isolation logistics.

Real-Time Responsiveness

Weather changes. Ice moves. We respond within hours, not days. 24/7 operations support during active expeditions.

"Kruzenst isn't a broker—they're an extension of our compliance team. When we needed to validate an Arctic route with Transport Canada, Kruzenst's documentation was so thorough approval came back in two weeks instead of the typical six."

Michael Torres
Compliance Manager — Coastal Maritime Services (BC)

"I've worked in northern logistics for 20 years. Kruzenst's understanding of remote terminal operations and their relationships with actual operators sets them apart. They don't theorize—they execute."
